Pediatric Physical Therapy
Pediatric physical therapy (PT) is designed to help children improve their strength, balance, and endurance. PT isn’t just for athletes or after injuries. Some children are born with difficulties that will need the help of pediatric physical therapy; while others will suffer an injury that warrants the need of a pediatric physical therapy treatment. Sometimes the struggles we see with daily activities can improve after the correct physical training. By utilizing their large muscle groups, physical therapy can improve a child’s gross motor skills, allowing them to move to the best of their ability.
Pediatric physical therapy aims to help strengthen muscles, improve range of motion, and improve gait (walking). Our therapists focus on fun games and tasks that get your child moving in ways that will improve their strength and coordination. Our innovative playground gym has a wide variety of activities to help further develop your child’s physical abilities. Their goal is to make everyday activities easier.
